All return items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. If an item has been worn, it will not qualify for a return. If an item has stains, smells of cigarettes, deodorant, or other odors, it will not qualify for a return.
When making a return, the item must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund. The item must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit. If an item is received 15 days or more after the delivery date, it will not be accepted and will be mailed back to the customer and their expense.

All returns must include the original packing slip or a note with the order number and customer name. We do not provide shipping labels, with certain exceptions. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return has been delivered, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to process. Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you that your return is complete.
We are not currently offering exchanges due to the nature of offering limited quantities. Exceptions include in-person exchanges during markets, personal shopping, or local pick-up.
If you need an exchange due to sizing, please ship the order back as a return. A new order will have to be created. We recommend ordering the new size immediately, so that it does not sell out and completing the return within the required time frame.
Problems with your order or Defected Merchandise?
If an item is received with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. A picture will need to be sent of the defect or problem before we can proceed. Damages caused by improper care or handling will not qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Incorrect colors or patterns due to photography, lighting, or computer/phone resolutions do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit. We work very hard to show you the exact product that you will be receiving; however, sometimes the colors or pattern may look different in person.
The Kin is not responsible for shipping delays, International Duties charges, International Customs charges, or products that are lost in the mail. The carrier will be responsible once the item is shipped. A shipping number is sent to you when the item is shipped. If you have problems with your delivery, contact the carrier that was used (UPS, USPS, etc.). Shipping charges will not be refunded if your item is not delivered, not delivered on time, or delivered incorrectly. We are not responsible for UPS or USPS guarantees.
The Kin is not responsible for packages that are sent back to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you have a change in your order once the order has been placed, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
